The arena is fine. Not worth what it costs. It's not very stable and they say it would work for a 3 year old, but I guarantee an 18 month old can walk on the moon and climb over it. What frustrates me the most is the customer service. First, DO NOT WEAR ANY ADDITIONAL PARTS or anything. The stickers for my playpen were wrinkled and they couldn't send me a new one. Not only that, I asked if I could purchase additional panels and they simply declined. (Note that in another Revain listing, for the same playpen in a different color, they offered free panels to a customer who said they needed extra panels.) It's not that they don't stock these playpens , so I don't understand why they don't want to sell me extra parts. Especially since I'm not the only customer who orders them.
