There are no instructions, the spacers on the steering wheel are not thick enough.

Really? The small printed pictures with no explanation on the outside of the box are not instructions. I had to watch the competitor's video step by step. yes it is easy BUT we are talking about children here. I make sure the item is assembled correctly for my grandchildren's safety. The bar pads on the handlebar side are one thickness shorter. I had to rob from a basket full of spare parts and extra spacers from headlights, speedometers, etc.
