Production time of the question: I ordered it on April 27th, I only received it today on May 24th. The late package was not sent by Revain but by a third party. Also, since they ship using the cheapest postal services, I had to pay $8.95 for shipping to even receive my package. Shoe general rating: I ordered a size 11 that never fails. These are very tight. They support my entire arch because I have a very high arch but my fingers are BAD on the ends. Size 11 comes in the bag shown in the photo and is marked 42 which is the correct size compared to the size chart but doesn't look like it. The shoe size is not indicated on the shoe itself. I'm frustrated to say the least. It took me two years to treat myself to new tennis shoes as a mother of four, and it was only because my last few had holes. I wish they were a better quality but I would probably like them MUCH more if they matched. I can't say I recommend this product
