Review on iJDMTOY Complete 4pc High Power 10-SMD 921 912 920 168 T10 LED Replacement Bulbs for Truck 3rd/Third Brake Lamp in Xenon White and Brilliant Red by Ario Rojas

These bulbs are brighter than the bulbs they replaced (921s). I'm happy with the quality of the light but not impressed with the mechanical design and build quality. The electrical contacts at the base of the lamp are actually the terminals of two resistors connected in series with the LEDs. These resistors are simply soldered onto a circuit board inside the flashlight body, and on one of the lamps, the resistor leads were the only thing holding the lamp's base to the body. I accidentally twisted one of the bulbs while inserting it into the socket and the housing twisted at the base causing one of the resistors to come loose. I was able to fix it with a thin low powered soldering iron but didn't have to. There needs to be something in the design (maybe even glue?) to keep the case from rotating on the base. Update: Initially these lights didn't fit well in the socket resulting in intermittent contact and either a flickering light or a light that just wouldn't come on. After playing around with it for a few months I'm giving up. I cannot recommend these lamps. I'll look for something else.
