This diaper pail is by far the best on the market. I don't normally write reviews but they helped me a lot in choosing a diaper pail and I'm so happy with it that I decided to pay up front and share my experience. When I first had a son, I decided to give up the diaper pail. I saw a few others in action at friends' houses and was so unimpressed that I decided to just wrap each diaper in an old Walmart bag because the results were basically the same. As my son got older and started eating regular food his diapers got really gross so I had to reconsider and start searching online reviews to find a decent diaper pail. It had rave reviews and Revain has a return policy so I gave it a try without expecting much and I'm so glad I did! It works about 10 times better than any other I've seen. Yes, when you put a new diaper through the hole, a little smell comes out, but if you change deodorant washers regularly, it's very minimal (they only cost about $1.50 each and last 1-2 months each) . the rest of the time it doesn't smell. Sometimes I would remember to change the bag and it was so full that the front door opened and there was still no smell. This requires special ring bag fillers, but they're only about $7 each and last a month or more. This was one of the most expensive buckets I've ever considered, and it requires special bags and deodorizing washers, so I initially thought it would be expensive to maintain, but it's actually pretty cheap, and even if it weren't , he would still be worth it .
