I walk around with this fan and I really like it so far. It spins in all directions and even comes with small oil filler pads to put under the caps in the center of the fan. It has 3 levels of airflow and is quite powerful. He died faster than I expected on the second day. I think I solved this problem by just putting it on the charger after my daily walks. Note: I almost bought a similar neck fan to the one I used in MOKO's photos on their website. If you need a quality fan, make sure you buy from MOKO.
