Life proof has really gone down hill in the recent years. I used to only have life proof cases on my iPhones, however, that is not the case any more. I bought this case last December for my new iPhone 11 Pro, thinking maybe the other reviews were just dramatic. they weren’t. First off. I balked at the price, thinking they had definitely become proud of their product. But an expensive phone deserves to be protected so. I got it anyways. As soon as I took it out of the box I noticed the plastic didn’t feel as durable as my previous cases. It was much flimsier. Then I put it on the phone and immediately noticed the air bubbles that everyone else speaks about in their reviews. I thought I could live with them, but they become increasingly more annoying as time goes on. Life proof just says to use a credit card to smooth them out. It doesn’t work. There is a big gap between the top of the actual phone and the case that I think causes the bubbles. So it’s a poor design and I’m not sure there is any resolution. I dealt with the issues for a while, however, ended up purchasing another case a few months ago. Life proof. you’ve lost a loyal customer.
