The company contacted me and fixed the product. Not sure what's causing this, but be careful. With Samsung's standard fast-charge ports, they worked well for the first month, then it took longer and longer to use. I'm no wiring expert, but I suspect it's a cheap degradation of the jacketed material. But now they don't charge anything at all so I order another brand. But hey, what can you really expect from 3 cables for under $10. You get what you pay for.
