Do not tighten the armrests too tightly - make them as in the instructions, let them walk freely. The holes for the bolts in the back are deeply recessed into the foam, it may be useful to clear the hole a little before tightening so that the bolt can be screwed in more freely. Similarly to the bolts on the armrests, bait the bolts into the back, and only then tighten four turns each in turn. Such a scheme made it easier for me to assemble, but it is still for masochists).
