I was so pleased to receive these headphones as a gift for my little one for Christmas. We received them and a few days later we went on a trip to see the family. She was gentle with it and only used it a few times on the way to the airport and on the plane, and the end of the cable detached from the iPad she was using. Now the iPad doesn't work with sound so I have to take it to the store and the headphones don't work either. I am very disappointed and can look for a replacement cable on their website as my daughter was very excited to use them. They were responsive and even contacted me several times to make sure I was happy. They even committed to refunding me the fee I paid to fix the iPad issue. I was blown away by their customer service and will definitely work with them again. My daughter loves using these headphones!
