Not as good as it used to be

I have bought rings from you before and the quality has gone down since my last purchase. The stone I received has many imperfections and small white protrusions visible to the naked eye. I like it but I don't think it's worth the price I paid. The imperfections make me hesitant to wear it outside or in direct sunlight as the shine of obvious imperfections is an annoying reminder of how much I paid for it. I asked the seller about it and when I last checked my message went unanswered.
