Overall this product was a terrible purchase.1 seller. The finish was marked "used, like new" but when unpacked the box had a label that said "refurbished". I am suspicious of refurbished products unless they are from a reputable brand with a guarantee. I would not buy this product if I knew it was refurbished and it seems doubtful the seller would not notice. You must request a refund (not guaranteed). Luckily they accepted mine but I had to pay $13 to send them back as they don't cover that feeπ2 items. When using, the download speed is very slow and I noticed a terrible lag when using OneNote. Using Onenote's drawing features was the only reason I bought this tablet. This prevented me from connecting the actual app to my school account, so I just had to use an internet browser. Every time I went to draw, the on-screen keyboard popped up completely and I couldn't use OneNote. Overall I think this tablet is too old to use for schoolwork, which I should have known given the 2GB of RAM and the low price.
