Pretty easy to install. There was a bit of confusion with the instructions to drill the 5th screw to attach it to the wall, but I figured it out myself. There were only 4 screw holes in the bracket. It took about 25 minutes anyway, and the kit included a spirit level and an easy-to-use drill guide to stick to the wall to make it easier. The freedom of movement is great so I can pull my TV out of the accordion cabinet and then slide it back in when we want to tidy up the room and protect the TV from some hyperactive young kids who like to throw all sorts of things at the TV. . My TV is secure, it slides out quite a bit and stores easily. The cores of the HDMI cable also proved to be very useful. Overall a great purchase.
