I have my first printer and I keep getting the error message 'insert paper cassette correctly'. I'm not new to printers but I called support because it didn't work no matter what I did. Support determined it was a software issue and replaced the device. I did that and got a new one. Yayyy, I finally have a printer after months of ordering and running to UPS for my print jobs. No, it had the exact same issue and I was told the same thing by the support team. Apparently this is a new model that has just been released and they haven't fixed the bugs yet. DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER.
