I like how easy it was to set up, but also dislike all too much for its ease-of -use aspects! It's not intuitive at first glance which makes initial setup difficult (and we had tech support!).
We're trying different things with this system so far; however, one thing remains constant -- our guests are still able to log into their accounts even when offline or out of range from wifi/internet access points. This helps us keep an accurate record about where they've been throughout each day as well as who has seen them since last checkin time if there isn't internet available anywhere near by WiFi coverage area. The benefits include being more organized within my department regarding guest information & checking off names against lists vs just writing down notes during busy times such as shift changes etc., plus less paperwork overall due to fewer forms filled out manually.
