Perhaps not the best travel coffee mug, but I like the large capacity (20 ounces) and love the look of this product. It keeps the coffee quite warm for about 20 minutes and then everything definitely cools down. But overall it seems to be a quality product at this price point. (It would be nice if it had more insulation and kept the coffee warm a little longer.) The lid scenario is a plus, unless you have to give your mug to the coffee waiter at the drive-thru window. Then it might be a bit tricky, but I think it's doable.
