Don't think there are actual sizes
I've tried large and medium and they fit pretty much the same - too big at the waist. I think it might actually be a one size fits all. Also the product images show the correct hem of the skirt and a bit more structure as it looks. The actual item is very soft so it doesn't look trapezoidal like the photo and the hem is a cheap hem stitch, not pleated.
