I bought this power strip to connect computer equipment. With 8 well placed sockets and a surge protector this is exactly what I was looking for and it's reasonably priced. 4 USB charging ports are a nice addition to charge your phone or headset. The cable length is approx. 1.5 m. The socket is also designed for 240 volts (this can be practical with many European devices). I particularly like the flat and thin plug with a side cable exit so that it fits in tight spaces next to furniture or shelves. I can't say anything about the durability, but it looks and feels ok. I can recommend this extension.
