It's easy to use; it has many features that allow customization of your website without having technical knowledge or coding experience for you as well as other users who can help out when needed. The customer service is also great! I love how fast they respond and work together towards our solution. If there are any bugs/issues at all, their support team goes above and beyond to get them resolved quickly. There was an issue where my client couldn't log into his account because he had forgotten password - but we were able to solve this problem within 15 minutes by using live chat feature from microfocus content manager (which helped us resolve the situation). We used micro focus content manager in order to have more control over the look & feel of our websites which previously wasn't possible since we didn't know HTML code nor CSS codes.
