Very happy with the shower head. I particularly like the fog mode*. I like high pressure showers so I removed the restrictor prior to installation. The throttle valve was obvious as it was green plastic. I found YouTube on this topic to make sure I'm doing everything right. It doesn't break out easily, so I used a small battery-powered drill to pry it open, then used tweezers to remove the debris. I have my own well and septic system so all the water I use is recycled. and I'm in a country with ten thousand lakes, so saving water isn't a problem. Also, I believe that using a high pressure shower can be more effective than trying to clean your hair with low water pressure.
