I rarely go back to write a review but I've had this controller for a while and just wanted to let others know. Better than the Nintendo controllers for me. In terms of connectivity, my living room is a bit longer so we sit far away from the switchboard. We often lose touch with standard joycons. I find that this is much less common with them. I was also concerned about the battery life as they technically have a smaller battery, but they seem to last just as long as the Nintendo. For the money you also get a center piece to mount the controllers in, so overall it's a great deal. I'm assuming you can't use these sides to use each side as a separate controller, but it still looks weird. One thing I would say, I don't really like the joystick part, it sits higher than the stocks and I just prefer the lower profile of the stocks, but that's probably just personal preference. Other things, as some reviewers have mentioned, turn off due to inactivity, which likely saves battery life but is annoying as it takes a bit of time to pair, just like Nintendo. There might be a few features that they don't support compared to the default ones, but I can't remember exactly which ones. The ergonomic shape is also good. Unfortunately, they don't fit in my charging station due to their shape, and they don't fit with accessories like handlebars or rackets. Overall I would recommend and for the price I would strongly consider these to replace stock.
