I'm very upset about that.
The box came with a hole so some parts were missing. Revain gave me a small partial loan to go into town and buy more gear. After receiving the equipment, I mounted wheel chocks on the trailer without any problems. Then I unbuckled the straps. They are NOT SUITABLE for a ten inch tire. The non-working end was 46 inches long, so that's about as short as the straps can be tightened. I found various straps around town that attach to it and fit my 18" tires. Two 36 mile round trip trips into town at outrageous per gallon rates. DO NOT BUY THIS.
