Delivery was on time with no damage. This case is designed for heavier conditions than I expected and looks very nice. Really so well designed I had to go to the FAQ to find out, I had to go to You Tube to find out how to disassemble the case! After watching the video, it turned out that everything was quite simple. The problem was that the case was so tight that the rubber rim looked like it was attached to the case. It was also a bit difficult to separate the plastic case. However, these questions do not affect the case in any way. The case adds weight, bulk and protection to a phone that I found quite slippery!
