Does the pan heat up quickly but not lower the temperature?
The pot heats up quickly which I like but I've tried lowering the level from the highest to 40 to keep a good temperature but the red light went out every time I tried to lower them and no other wax would come down so i can chill it. Now the wax is too hot and won't let me lower the temperature.
