Extremely disappointed. Have just received the goods and will be returned as soon as possible! The product came in a plastic bag with nothing inside (no headband). It has no business card or tag to indicate the item was purchased from Novum Crafts. I had no issues with the bad smell coming out of the bag as others have mentioned. The bag itself looks nice from a distance, but on closer inspection the poor workmanship is noticeable. There is glue on both sides of the fabric lining and it is stacked on one side. The thread detaches from the leather strap (nice genuine leather). The worst thing is how scratchy this bag is. It sticks to your clothes. If you're not careful, he'll stab you if you grab the bag. That hurts! Here are these sharp orange things sticking out of the basket weave (I tried to capture this in the 4th and 5th pictures). The bottom closure is attached with fishing line, which isn't a big deal, but it looks unfinished because it's sticking out on the inside. I know these bags are handmade and no two are alike so I bought one but I just can't figure out how this one passed quality control. The bag looks really good and I like the larger 9 inch size but I hesitate to order a replacement and ended up with the same problem.
