Is the toilet handle white?

maybe someone can correct the label on this product. These are toilet screw caps, not a toilet handle. Their circumference was slightly smaller than the existing caps, so they didn't fit properly. They are light weight and cheap looking and one of them had a black spot on it so I cleaned and reused the caps I already had.
