I gave it 4 stars out of 5 because I don't know if it works. But I was able to give my 4 year old with autism 300ml of milk and he didn't notice. It had to be done this way since he refuses chewing gum and ONLY drinks milk. To update. Found cheaper at Walmart for $9.98.
