The thumb massager is okay, but the finger roller is great.
I was hoping the thumb massager would ease the pain as I massaged my son's sore back. He didn't like that feeling. I couldn't figure out how much pressure to apply and he kept saying your hands were getting better. If my hands get tired I'll use this, but probably not very often. Finger roller is great! I love it. It massages my aching joints with good pressure. It's nice. The roller at the other end does nothing.
