Need a frame to hold it in shape

I was so glad I had something to hold a Christmas tree in as the box was worn but as other reviewers have pointed out the Don't wrap a frame to keep it in shape. It's really more like a gym bag, so you can't stand it. I have to cut some boxes to keep the shape. Material - canvas. Love the idea of the bag but it really needs a metal frame to hold it in shape.
