The size is not exact.
I ordered a 36" but even though it's labeled 36" it's a 38". I tried using it once but felt uncomfortable with it and didn't use it. Now it's hanging in my closet to remind me not to order belts online.

- The belt was very elastic and didn't hold the shape or the pants.
