Review on SV3C 16 Channel NVR: H.265 Network Video Recorder with 8 POE Ports, Supports up to 5MP IP Cameras, ONVIF Compatible, 8TB HDD Support by Cameron Novak

I bought this 16 channel NVR and expected it to work as advertised. I received the device, connected it and as expected it recognized my cameras. However, instead of 16 channels, only 8 were displayed, I sent a message to support, after 3 days still no answer. I contacted Revain support and was told that the device needed to be replaced as access to additional channels was not a client configuration option. I wanted 4v days for the replacement to arrive. When it arrived I had the same problem with a new device. The documentation was terribly written and incomplete. I just want my money back now. I will buy a more expensive unit and hope it really works because this SV3C DVR was terrible.
