Fantastic ladder for maneuverability. We used these ladders every practice I played college football. Adjustable tiers are great if you want to make the room shorter or taller depending on your skill type. The length is perfect for basic training and stretching exercises. 30-foot ladders are a bit overkill, although there may be some exercises that are better suited to 30-foot ladders. I've only had it a month and only used it indoors so can't comment on durability but the material seems quite durable. The bag is great and the ladder is very easy to fold and put in the bag.
