Unfortunately another not very well made part of the product. This refers to the thin "tape" that supplies power and connects the power cord to the battery pack. Great idea with the long power cord, but the thin power strip that fits into the slot in the battery compartment drains the camera. Thanks to the wind and natural weather in Los Angeles alone, we almost never get rain or snow. This problem is hard to solve with this Arlo camera (the original not-so-great design starts here). With a ribbon slot, it can't provide power, making my camera useless again without batteries. About 6 months in use.
