The ease of use, its ability to get us connected with our customers so quickly makes this an absolute winner in my book! We've been able find what we need immediately when needed without having endless hours spent searching or emails asking questions from customer service reps who don't have answers to them either way anyways? I'd say they are working hard at making improvements but it's not that bad yet as there is still room to improve upon their platform overall (which has already improved since launch).

They really do go outta pocket too make sure you know all your options before jumping into one contract/deal rather than just signing up right away like some other sites will try sell u because everyone else does if thats how easy shipping gets done then i'm screwed lol!! Our shipments run smoothly now which allows me more time doing things besides running around after every shipment instead being stuck behind paperwork getting paid.
