Compared to my previous Plantronics Backbeat Pro 2: Cons ; shorter battery life, Bluetooth 3.0 (connect 1 device at a time), you need to install the app first to use wired ANC. Advantages; The sound is clearer and more customizable (via APP), comfortable for long-term use after you adjust it properly to your ears, the touchpad design is simple and effective at the same time after multiple uses. I personally appreciate the sound quality, comfort and innovative design.
