Good chair for the price

I've been waiting for my review for several months. I sit in this chair 5 days a week for 8-10 hours for reference and my weight is 5.4148 lbs. The chair was easy to assemble and understand that in itself it is an uncomfortable woman, but it has many details. Don't be intimidated, but give yourself an hour to assemble if you're doing it alone unless assembly is your forte. The chair has good support. I love that I can swing quite far in this chair and adjust the tension as I do so. It's amazing when my back starts to hurt during the workday. Sometimes I even go to the office and swing when my back hurts and I'm not working. You can also lock it at any point in a straight line or incline so it won't wobble if you wish. The neck support is good, but if you're sitting fully upright, even if it's tilted forward, you won't feel like it's supporting your head/neck. I need it on the lowest setting and it's barely enough to be around my neck at 5.4. I wouldn't recommend the headrest for shorter ones. Instead, there would be a headrest. You can easily disable it if you want. You have to put your head on it to get support, which is really good during small breaks during the day, but not quite the support I was hoping for there. The arch support is great! The seat can be improved. It needs a pad, although it doesn't hurt me if it sits for hours. I just get some kind of carpet burn sometimes when I'm sitting cross-legged because of the mesh on the seat at the ankles and feet. If you never sit cross-legged, that's fine. The seat is small, but not small either. He leans forward a little. It slides easily by hand under my small/medium desk. The armrests are quite hard so I bought cushions which solved the problem. I love that the arms can tilt in or out, but it needs a locking feature because I keep setting this feature by accident and it's a bit annoying. Don't go straight into your chair or pace up and down at a V-angle. The wheels are fine and smooth on carpet and tile and won't slip unless you try. The chair rotates but stays in place with a lot of effort. Hope that helps!
