The most useful feature of this software for me was that it could be used in multiple ways, whether you are looking at one client or several clients with different needs (i'm using 2).
It's also very easy/quickly set up so I can use my own data instead if Google Analytics API which has been helpful when testing new features before going live! Sometimes there were issues connecting but those have mostly gone away now - perhaps due too many people trying out their services? We had some problems getting our bots into Slack channels as well during development stage where we couldn't get them approved by admins even though they worked perfectly fine once published online through webhooks etc. But these bugs seem fixed since then & everything works great from both admin side AND end user perspective :).
