It is more sturdy and stable than we expected for its size. The seat is comfortable. It is easy to get on and off even for my 5’2”height and short legs. (It’s easier to swing the leg over from the back for me.) It gives a great work out at several choices of tension. My husband holds the handle as it checks his pulse. I especially like the fact that I can sit up straight which is better for my back, and do arm exercises while I pedal. My Fitbit records an excellent cardio workout. I can also stretch the opposite way by paddling backwards.We do not move it frequently and have not tried folding it, but it was easy to position it in the place where we generally keep it, and not too heavy to move in its regular position.
