Don't expect pretty packaging!
My cables came in a bag that was clearly not the bag they came in when they were manufactured. Either I received the returned product from someone or they are repackaging cables from bulk packs into different packaging. However, the cables were correct and they work well, especially at a distance. I have a slight "control" lag - the new Xfinity cable box (Gen 3) controls the soundbar and TV via a pass-through connection and it takes a few seconds for the sound to toggle on/off. This was not the case before. . It can be a new cable box or a new cable.
