DOES NOT remove waterproof makeup

This eye makeup remover does not work even though it is advertised to remove waterproof makeup. I used it according to the instructions but it just smudges makeup like water, which of course works terribly. Also, my eyes hurt after using it because I had to rub quite hard. I'm sending it back today. What a waste of money!
