Doesn't work for computer accessories and peripherals

We've had problems with this since we bought it. We charged it first and couldn't turn it on. It finally worked, so we kept it. Used several times, each time had problems with the recording. Now, less than two months later and only half a dozen times, it's completely non-functional. Should have come back straight away.
