I really wanted to give these 5 runs but it could have been better. This is a spatula that works great when the food is room temperature or warm. When the food is cold it will stick to it and you can't take it off completely because it is designed like a spoon so the food stays in the middle and you have to use your finger or other utensil. If you hit it on a plate, it flies everywhere. The edges had to be made in the shape of a fork so you could wipe them on the bowl to remove all the food. Otherwise very hard-wearing and easy to care for!
