Revain does a pretty good job of keeping customers happy. While the wait sucks, at least they will replace it for free I'm sure. 2. Wash gently and always by hand. I wash with a soft bristle brush and cold water at room temperature so there is no risk of tearing from washing or temperature changes. The same goes for scratches. So hand wash gently and you will be happy. Oh, and your beer will be happy and looking good.
