Review on 🌱 Optimized PURAX Adhesive Underarm Piece for Advanced Antiperspirant Benefits by Laura Lamb

This thing is a life saver. I recently discovered that I have hyperhidrosis; I never had this problem until a few months after I started lifting weights. I am 21 and bought this product after some trial and error with other antiperspirants like Certain Dri and Degree Clinical. These products don't work for me and I want to try Driclor which contains 20.0% aluminum chloride hexahydrate. I also have a Thompson t-shirt which is useful but a bit heavy. Purax Pads helped me a lot. I haven't had any problems with sweat stains while wearing pads. They are designed to stick directly to the skin and block sweat, unlike other pads that barely stick to clothing. Some may find them a little uncomfortable to wear due to less hands movement when on, but it's worth it. The only reason I didn't give this product 5 stars is because of the adhesive that is left on the skin when you peel it off (and yes, peeling the pads off is quite a challenge and sometimes I feel like my skin is pulling Removing may loosen pads). A little friction in the shower will help the glue roll. No, I didn't have to completely shave my armpits, but I keep them adequately trimmed there. And I don't have a problem with the smell of sweat. I really wish every Purax pack came with a skin friendly adhesive remover instead of ordering a separate product like the Uni-Solve Adhesive Remover Wipes. Despite these shortcomings, Purax pads do what they were designed to do. This should adhere very well to your skin and block sweat. I highly recommend this product. If not for everyday use, then at least for when you need extra sweat protection.
