Review on πŸ”§ Minder Research TireMinder i10 RV TPMS - 10 Transmitters Included by James Lesley

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Not as good as I thought!

Bought a TireMinder i10 with 10 transmitters, 6 on my C class and 4 on the tractor. I'm just driving from Florida to Colorado for the first time since installation only in the C-class, the result is disappointing. I installed them all following the instructions, very easy. All signals are captured on the monitor, but as soon as they're used at 6575 mph things start to happen. First they showed on the monitor, I thought everything works. After a while I noticed that some of the numbers hadn't changed. If they are all set at 60psi they should all go up to 62-68 as they move, but a couple of them don't move. About 30 minutes later, a NS warning (no signal) is issued. So all readings before NS were just fake. If the tires went flat in those 30 minutes while I was still seeing some wrong readings before NS, how should I react? A maximum of 3 out of 6 in my C class showed NS while driving. If I stop to fill up, some might read again and go into the NS state after a while. I installed a monitor on top of the windshield on the driver's side, even the front right transmitter showed NS when it was about 5 minutes. 7 feet. I can't trust the numbers I'm seeing because I don't know they might become NS later... I'll try to get them back and won't recommend this product on my RV forum. UPDATE September 18th - when I get back from my trip it is already past its return date. One of the transmitters is now showing a high pressure alarm/false alarm even though I disconnected it from the bus. Sometimes it even reads over 130psi. As I can no longer return it, I will continue to post any issues it may give me on my future travels. There will be more updates.
