I have terrible neck problems and the last neck pillow I got was a disaster. It slid everywhere and had so little room for my head that it seemed like it was only going to make things worse. This one is supportive no matter your position and feels AMAZING. Soft yet somehow supportive no matter where you turn. This helps make a big difference and I sleep better than I have in years. No more disgustingly hot pillows either. It actually stays cool, which I didn't believe at first, but was pleasantly surprised.
