The color (pink) is a little lighter than I was hoping for, but I can't complain given the price and the softness. I think they look great on my bed. This listing does not claim that these sheets are made of Egyptian cotton or 1500 thread count or anything else that people want to whine about in their reviews. Microfiber is made from synthetic blends such as polyester or nylon, so these sheets are not cotton but are still very soft. Microfiber threads are also much smaller than cotton threads, so these sheets appear transparent - still a very high thread count per square inch, but since the threads are thinner than many people are used to, these sheets look thinner than they are. ; this actually makes them good light sheets to use without a duvet on warm nights. These are my main hands and they are my favorites; I use older, thicker sheets as spares when I wash my core set and I can tell you these sheets are a lot nicer than the ones I've used before.
