I couldn't wait to get this product. It takes a while before he detects movement and barely dispenses enough soap to wash his hands, despite raising them higher and higher. Sometimes, like lotions and the like, it gets a bit sticky at the end of the dispenser. It gives off soap when you try to clean it when you didn't mean to, and you don't have to do it every third time you use it. It looks really good on the counter, but now I know why a major department store chain gave it away for free with a $50 purchase. I think they were trying to sell her. Definitely a bad investment, I wouldn't recommend it unless you have the patience of a snail.
