Review on ๐Ÿ”ช Efficient and Precise: Mercer Culinary Millennia Blue Handle, 6-Inch Curved Boning Knife for Expert Meat preparation by Clare Thoms

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Dry it off with a towel before washing! Carbon steel and razor sharp!

I've read comments that this knife rusts so easily after 3-4 uses. You have to keep in mind that it is HIGH CARBON steel. It may rust if you don't wipe the water with a towel. Of course it says "No stains" on it, but it's true if you leave it in water or highly acidic foods for 4-5 hours. It should be relabeled as "stain-resistant". This knife will teach you how to properly care for your future expensive knives in the future. Throw in one of these Sarutobi Rust Erasers if you plan on leaving your knife out in the elements. This is the best knife out of the box. High carbon steel allows for longer edge life without the need for resharpening. The grip feels comfortable and I feel secure in my hand and it doesn't slip out of my hand.
