update from 03/21/20 received replacement on 01/02/19 - now broken. Plastic is not durable. I expected it to last more than 2.5 months. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Lower the stars back to one. OR are my expectations too high for things like this to last longer than 2.5 months? No, I don't think so. Updated 1/2/20. The replacement we received works perfectly. I think the original item I received was just defective. I am satisfied with the product. Upgrade to 5 stars. Update 12/10/19 The seller sent a replacement. I am satisfied with the customer service. I will update my review after a few months of use. Due to the good customer service I have upgraded my rating to 4 stars. I hope to get an upgrade to 5 stars after my kid has been using this for a while. Update: 11/29/18 Immediately after contacting the seller about a problem, the seller offered to send a replacement. So far I am satisfied with the customer service. I will update the review once I receive a replacement. Hopefully what I had was just a defective item and the replacement will hold up. Update 11/25/18 I was planning to update the review some time later but not so soon. I'm demoting it from 5 stars to 1 star. . It's not even a week since I received the item and now the pedal is broken. Very weak plastic. I would not recommend this product. Original review Bought this for my kid's 18" bike. The bike is old and needs new pedals. Very easy to install. Looks strong. I think it will last a long time. I will update my review after some time of use.
